My name is Christine Flory and I have almost 20 years' experience working in the fitness industry.
I am a busy mom of two wonderful girls; I fuel and train for life to keep up with them!
A little education and background:
I help busy women transform their mindset around nutrition and movement so they can enjoy food and exercise without shame or guilt. I have helped hundreds of clients ditch the ALL or NOTHING mindset for good and create sustainable change.
The goal of the Nourished Program is to help women feel empowered around their nutrition and ultimately experience food freedom without the guilt.
The Nourished Program is a virtual nutrition and mindset program for busy women who are tired of feeling mentally exhausted around their nutrition. Feeling like they have no power or control over their food choices. Women who are tired of the deprivation/binge cycle. Tired of feeling shame and guilt. Women who are ready to commit to PRACTICING making the middle choice, so they can establish food freedom without the guilt.
